We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please remember that each and every print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund.

Additionally, double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details. 

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to info@mapleseaurp.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping worldwide! We have global fulfilment coverage and there’s nowhere we are not able to send orders.

Our rolled prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes unless they are A4 or smaller and being delivered in the UK or mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).

Please note: International orders delivery costs do not include duty and custom charges. You may be required to pay additional domestic sales tax on receipt of delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance must be accepted by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as they are a reflection of the customs and policies held by the final destination country. You can contact your local customs office for further information prior to ordering as policies for customs vary from country to country. 

PRODUCTION TIME

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 2-4 business days in order to prepare your prints.

Depending on your location, prints will be shipped from one of our printing partners in over 10 different countries globally.

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like:

  • Border restrictions due to COVID

  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

  • High demand at the holidays (prints ordered after December 5th are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

We will let you know any updates to your order, including when an item ships.
